The liquid-filled evaporator has a compact structure. It has good heat transfer effect, is easy to install and is easy to use. It is widely used in chillers. In the liquid-filled evaporator, the liquid-loaded refrigerant flows in the tube. The liquid-filled evaporator mainly has a horizontal liquid-filled evaporator.
Horizontal liquid-filled evaporator, this evaporator has a cylindrical shell made of steel rolled and welded, and two round tube sheets are welded at both ends of the shell. Many small holes are drilled in the tube office, and a tube is installed in each small hole. The two ends of the tube are fastened in the tube holes of the tube sheet by expansion or welding to form a set of direct tube bundles. If the tube is too long, the chiller can be fitted with one or several support plates in the simplified form to prevent the tube from sagging. The two ends of the simplified body are equipped with heads. The heads can be cast with cast iron or made of steel plates. The heads are equipped with baffles. The pipes are divided into several processes according to a certain number of pipes and flow direction, so that the refrigerant can flow back and forth in the pipe according to the specified flow rate and flow direction. The refrigerant is filled in the shell according to a certain liquid level. It absorbs the heat of the refrigerant in the pipe between the pipes and then vaporizes, so that the cold carrier can be cooled. In order to prevent the vapor from entraining liquid when it is led out of the evaporator, in addition to controlling the liquid level, a gas package is sometimes set on the upper part of the simplified body to achieve the purpose of gas-liquid separation.
The overall structure of the full-liquid amlyon evaporator matched with the turbine compressor is similar to that of the general horizontal full-liquid evaporator. The difference is that a liquid baffle is installed on the tube bundle to block the liquid droplets brought out from the evaporation gas. In addition, the upper part of the container is not equipped with a tube bundle to reduce the resistance when the vapor flows.
